ABOUT OUR FARM

​Our 118 acre farm is located on the outskirts of Owen Sound, Ontario.  In 2001, my husband and I started our first flock of registered, North Country Cheviot sheep. The North Country Cheviot is a hardy breed with excellent mothering skills. Over the years, we decided to cross the North Country Cheviot with the Dutch Texel producing a meatier carcass. Today we produce naturally raised quality sheep. As sheep producers we believe in natural products. On our farm we use sheepskin for baby blankets, hats, seat covers, and saddle pads. We promote wool and sheepskin products on our Double S Sheep Ranch website.
